The health/medicine grant program will support projects promoting the health and well-being of children, access to health services and foundation-initiated programs. The foundation also supports community programs that improve children and family services, early childhood development and parenting education. While the foundation occasionally awards grants over $25,000, the average grant is less than that. Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations such as hospitals, educational institutions and governmental institutions with 501(c)(3) status. To be considered for funding, all applicants first must submit a letter of inquiry online. The RGK Foundation will entertain one LOI per organization in a 12-month period. For more information visit the foundation's website.
