Board Meetings
The Board meets the 3rd Tuesday every other month/odd months. Board meetings are open to the public and all members of the public are encouraged to attend. A public comment period will be available at each meeting. However, portions of the meeting may be closed pursuant to applicable Iowa law. Professional licensing boards are state agencies which must comply with Iowa's Open Meetings Law (Iowa Code chapter 21) and Open Records Law (Iowa Code chapter 22).
Members of the licensing board have also been appointed to serve on small committees to facilitate various functions of the board. View a complete list of the committees and their members.

Notice of board meetings with tentative agenda will be posted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting. The schedule of Public Meetings available below identifies the dates, times and locations of each meeting scheduled throughout the year.
