Iowa's Immunization Registry Information System has been implemented in public and private health care provider sites throughout the state. The registry provides computerized tracking of immunizations for children, adolescents and adults who are seen in a variety of medical facilities. The IRIS program is able to document and monitor individual immunizations, track vaccine usage and vaccine distribution. For additional information about IRIS, click here.
