What is Access To Recovery?

Access to Recovery (ATR) is a four year grant funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Treatment. ATR is a presidential initiative which provides vouchers to clients for purchase of ATR covered services. The goals of the program are to support client choice and increase the array of faith-based and community based providers. ATR - Iowa focuses on serving individuals in recovery from substance abuse.
