Federally funded, ADAM consists of quarterly interviews of new arrestees. The arrestees self-reported drug usage, and arrest and treatment history are compared to the drug contents of urine samples. This project provides information on socio-economics, drug treatment, mental health institutionalization, incarceration history, and drug and alcohol history and usage.
