You may enroll for services if you:
• Are aged 40-64;
• Are aged 65 or older and not enrolled in Medicare Part B (BCCEDP only);
• Are aged 40 or younger and have a breast lump or other signs of breast cancer (BCCEDP only);
• Meet the income guidelines listed below.
