Migrant Labor Camp Program

This program regulates housing provided to migrant agricultural workers, by the employer.

  • Migrant labor is defined as any person (including their family) who travels from state to state for the purpose of seasonal employment in agriculture.
  • Migrant labor camp means a camp that provides housing to seven or more people.

This program is intended to ensure adequate housing is provided to migrant laborers when the employer is providing the housing.
