How To... Preferences Wizard - Vaccine List

Preferences are lists that appear throughout the IRIS application that make data entry easier.

1. From the Admin menu list, select Preferences, then Vaccine List.

The Vaccine list permits the selection and sorting of vaccine types that will appear in the Add Vaccine History Wizard.

Vaccines listed should be vaccines that the clinic currently uses or have used in the past.

The window on the left is an alphabetized list of all vaccine types. To locate the vaccine name scroll the list.

There are three ways to move names to the vaccine list:

To remove names from the vaccine list, reverse the move process described above.

The Vaccine List can be ordered to your preference by selecting a name then use the "Order List" arrow buttons in the middle of the screen to place the name where you want it.

2. When you have added all of the vaccines and they have been ordered, click on the Next button to proceed to the summary screen.

The second screen of the Vaccine List Wizard will appear.

This screen lists the changes that will be saved when the Finish button is clicked.

If changes need to be made, you can click on the Previous button to return to the selection screen.
