IRIS allows users with the user access of "IRIS Admin" and "IRIS user" to create lists that are specific to your clinic. These lists simplify the task of selecting information to include in the record.

There are five preferences lists that can be built in IRIS.

Clinic List - The Clinic list is a list of local or regional immunization clinics.

Physician List - The Physician list is a list of local or regional primary care physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants or a list of physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants in the provider clinic.

Professionals List - The Professionals list is a list of the licensed and certified professionals that work in the user's office. This list includes physicians, nurses, pharmacists, physician assistants and certified medical assistants.

School List - The School list is a list of the local licensed K-12 schools.

Vaccine List - The Vaccine list is a list of vaccines that appear in the Add History Wizard.
