The Recommend Vaccine Record can be printed to document the doses of vaccine that IRIS recommends for your patient. These doses are located at the bottom of the report under the recommended vaccines that are located in the clinics inventory along with the lot numbers. It does not show vaccines that are not located in inventory that may be needed.

In addition, this record lists the patient's previous vaccination history.

This document is very useful as an internal routing report since it can be printed by non-medical staff, then as doses are given to the patient, the medical provider can add hand-written notes that can be later added to the patient's record.
