Beginning with the July 1, 2008 continuing education biennium, therapeutic licensees shall provide proof of current certification in CPR by the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross or an equivalent organization. At least two hours per biennium is required but credit will be granted for four hours.
Licensees are responsible for meeting all licensure requirements and should review the rules carefully and frequently. Address and Name Changes

Licensees must notify the board of a change of name or current mailing address within 30 days after the change occurs. Failure to notify the board of changes may result in your license being placed on inactive status.
