Bureau of Family Health

Healthy families living in healthy communities

Child and Adolescent Health

The goal of the Bureau of Family Health is to promote and protect the health of Iowa’s children and adolescents, ages 0-21, by providing resources for health care services through public and private collaborative efforts. We advocate for services that are family-centered, community-based, and culturally sensitive. The bureau oversees the child and adolescent health components of the Title V Maternal and Child Health Block Grant Program.
